Chilli Beef Mix
- 600g diced beef
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red capsicum, chopped
- 50g butter
- splash of red wine
- salt & pepper
- pinch chilli powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
Put everything into a pot and bring to boil. Simmer for around 40 minutes, stirring occasionally while reducing. Serve with cheese on top.
