Bolognese Beef Recipe
- 600g mince
- 1 rasher chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tin diced tomatoes
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 chopped green capsicum
- 30ml Pesto
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- splash of red wine
Place everything in a pot and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for an hour, reducing to a thick sauce.
Serve with cheddar or parmesan grated on top.
