Mudslide

Alcoholic chocolate overload.

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Kahlua
• 2 parts Baileys
• 1 part creme de cacao
• 2 parts Chocolate Syrup
• 4 parts cream

Instructions:

Shake ingredients with ice and then strain into a martini glass that has a little chocolate syrup drizzled around the inside of the glass.

Stephen used to make these, but I'm not sure exactly what recipe he used. I think I got the ingredients right, but I don't know about the proportions. However, it was absolutely delicious!
