Hokey Pokey

Creamy chocolatey, butterscotchy cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 1 part Baileys
• 1 part white creme de cacao
• 2 parts butterscotch schnapps
• 2 parts cream

Instructions:

Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass.

I basically just guessed at the proportions. It tasted pretty damn good, and fairly similar to the one from Starks. It's actually a bit more golden in colour than this picture suggest - it really does look more hokey pokey coloured.
