Toblerone

Alcohol

Toblerone CocktailIngredients:

  • 1 part Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 part Kahlua
  • 1 part Baileys
  • 2 parts cream
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

Blend with ice and serve in either a collins glass or champagne flute. Optionally garnish with chocolate flakes.

I took a few liberties with my version of this drink. I replaced the honey with chocolate sauce, and I shook it with ice rather than blended it, because my blender really can’t cope with ice properly. I’ll have to try it again the proper way, because I really didn’t like this one so much. It was nice, but not nearly as nice as the hokey pokey or the mudslide.

Sugar Daddy

Alcohol

Sugar Daddy CocktailIngredients:

  • 1 part Baileys
  • 1 part Kahlua
  • 1 part butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 part cream

Instructions:

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass.

There’s something about the butterscotch that makes this drink taste far less alcoholic than it is. This drink could easily get people into trouble.

Screaming Orgasm

Alcohol

Screaming Orgasm CocktailIngredients:

  • 2 part vodka
  • 3 parts Baileys
  • 1 part Kahlua

Instructions:

Pour vodka, then Baileys, then Kahlua over crushed ice. Use good quality vodka otherwise the Baileys will curdle.

I used ice cubes rather than crushed ice. This was fantastic! This is definitely one of my favourite drinks, alongside cosmopolitans and margaritas.

Mudslide

Alcohol

Mudslide cocktailIngredients:

  • 2 parts Kahlua
  • 2 parts Baileys
  • 1 part creme de cacao
  • 2 parts Chocolate Syrup
  • 4 parts cream

Instructions:

Shake ingredients with ice and then strain into a martini glass that has a little chocolate syrup drizzled around the inside of the glass.

Stephen used to make these, but I’m not sure exactly what recipe he used.  I think I got the ingredients right, but I don’t know about the proportions.   However, it was absolutely delicious!

Cum shot / blowjob

Alcohol

Cumshot shooterIngredients:

  • 1/3 Baileys
  • 1/3 Kahlua or butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/3 Whipped cream

Instructions:

The Baileys and the other ingredient are mixed, and then the whipped cream goes on top.  The two alcoholic ingredients can also be layered.  (The one in the photo is made with butterscotch schnapps)

The key thing about this shot is the way you drink it.  The drink has to be consumed with no hands.  Firstly, you suck up the cream.  If any spills, another person has to lick it off.   Then, you pick up the glass in your mouth and shoot it, no hands.

If you use the proper technique, you will immediately feel how appropriate the name is.  However, personally I think it is a lot better for everyone if you can use your hands as well as your mouth.

B-52

Alcohol

B-52 shooter Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Kahlua
  • 1/3 Baileys
  • 1/3 Cointreau

Instructions:

Layer in a shot glass in that order.  Carefully.

If you want to see how it’s done, this video from VideoJug shows the technique.   I think mine looks even better than the one in the video (if I do say so myself).

Here’s another video that shows how not to do it

This drink can also be made with Grand Marnier or triple sec instead of the Cointreau (all are orange liquers), with Tia Maria instead of Kahlua, and with any Irish Cream or Amarula instead of Baileys.

There are lots of related variants as well, although they are not as well standardised.   You can find the same recipe under different names (and vice versa) all over the web.  For instance, the Cointreau can be replaced with vodka (B-53) amaretto (B-54), creme de menthe or peppermint schnapps (B-57) or black sambuca (Bumble Bee).

Since I inherited Steve’s alcohol collection, I thought I should make use of it, so expect more random cocktails over the coming months.
