Were you a kiwi kid? Do you remember this?
I used to watch RTR every week. I remember sitting on the floor watching it while Mum would be doing the ironing behind me in the lounge.

Again out of curiousity Sarah Im guessing your music video Genre was more 90s than 80s? Ive been checking out music videos on you tube from the 80s and I think we wore out the saxaphone in that decade.

Yeah, most of my memories of music videos are mainly from the late 80′s and early 90′s. I was 5 when that RTR episode aired, so I don’t really remember too much from the early 80s. For some reason though, I find the 80′s music appeals to me a lot more now.
What have you found on YouTube? Spandau Ballet’s True was the first one that jumped into my mind when I thought of saxophone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYb83KM4at4)

Nice! I have to confess that although I’ve heard that song a lot, I never knew what it was called, and I’m pretty sure I thought the words were something else.

Ooooh, I haven’t heard Maneater for ages. For some reason that song makes me think of Sledge Hammer (?). And I love Careless Whisper – it’s on Singstar
Here’s a couple that came up on my playlist recently: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=MOuEYSJCFqE and http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Pk8VZgJkpeg
